Trader-BOB's MUSIC offers a 1960, Harmony H53 ROCKET single pickup electric guitar. WAY above average for it's age. All original except the strings, someone put flat wounds on it, looked fairly new so I put them back on. . Spit shined, set up PLAY READY. The 20 fret neck has minute wear on the fret wires, and the ebony looking fret board. Steel reinforced neck, no truss rod, neck relief is .0165" at the 12 fret, measured with my dial indicator. .090" string action height, at the 12th fret, no buzz's.  Has some very minor, dings, and wear marks. The worst mark is on the bass side side, of the upper bout. Wear thru the finish from a split rivet protector missing inside the case. Another minor one on the bass side side lower bout, same problem. I have installed leather protectors inside the case. Nice sunburst finish. Very nice original condition. Gold foil pickup, from Rowe Industries / DeArmond, Toledo Ohio. Very strong. Volume, and tone pots both work great, no hissing, crackling. Nice, well cared for guitar, with the two exceptions mentioned earlier. Set up, a PLAYER !The case is good, a couple tears in the lip of the case lid. Handle, hinges, and latches all work fine.  READ my feedback, buy with
