1960's Silvertone Sears 1448 Guitar w/Amp in Case Black Sparkle AIC Amp-n-case

This listing is for a Vintage 1960's Sears Silvertone Model 1448 Guitar with case amp. This is the iconic Amp-n-Case model that was sold at Sears in the 1960's and was pretty much everyones first guitar in the 1960's. This is the model 1448 single pickup guitar with the simpler case amp with no tremolo. Both the guitar and amp are in good condition and working properly, The guitar is set up well with low and comfortable action. The case amp is also working well. The speaker shows extremely heavy wear and corrosion but is still working and kicking out the jams. The amp has theoriginal Silvertone tubes. It appears the power cable was changed a long time ago and is an old 2 prong plug. The guitar is all original. The guitar has some general wear and some finish wear, especially on the back of the body but overall is in good shape. The exterior of the case shows fairly heavy wear as well.
