    Description

This lot of old Jewelers Stamping Dies are
    good
condition. I believe that these dies date from the 1920's or earlier, and I am sure you will know. Included here are
    (8) Jewelry/Pendant Die blocks
of long ago. These dies were purchased from a long defunct Jewelry store in central Ohio. The store had been closed since the 1940's. The tallest of the die blocks measures over 1-3/4" inches in height and most of these dies measure over 1-1/2" inches across their outer diameter. The cavities measure from just 5/16" up to 3/4" in length. Each of these depicts small die cavities with various schools detail. Take notice that many of these look to be High School or college club related. A few of these feature at least two cavities. The most interesting of these would be the Orange and Powell High School dies that are dated 1922 and '23. I see other dates of 1921 and 1928. These dies are made of hardened steel, and notice that a couple of these die blocks do have a split on their face or down its side(all shown)
. One die block shows heavier all over rust. For the other remaining blocks, there are
    no
cracks, breaks, or chips on these gems. Together these 8 die blocks weigh under 6 lbs (2600 grams). Some aging on the outside surfaces of the block(all shown). Strong still, and all look to be usable. My 11 closeup photos are very true to life. Hopefully someone needs this to complete their collection. Too cool to pass up! Guaranteed 100% old and original. A must for the old Jewelry or Die maker. Buyer pays .50 carefully boxed shipping within the U.S. **
