    Description

    Antique Bamboo highly carved brush pot.  Owner had a collection and all the brush pots that I bought
    were marked Ming Dynasty.  These are not reproduction but authentic with age cracks.
    Scholars under pine trees and pagoda.  Clean elegant carving without chips or mars.
    Darker wash on the brush pot with a more carving and slightly larger.
    The cracks do not take away the value of the brush pot but demonstrate its antique nature.
    There are many reproductions out there.  This is authentic.
