This model BTC-10 meets the military specification A-A-55522 as follows:
- Barbed Tape is fabricated from zinc-galvanized steel and shall conform to ASTM A 525, Rockwell hardness (15T) 80-85.
- The galvanized steel core is in accordance with ASTM A-764, Finish 2, Class II, Type 3, with a minimum tensile strength of 220,000 PSI.
- The Chemical Composition Analyses was performed according to ASTM E415 and confirmed meeting the standard.
- Coating Thickness and Tensile Strength meet required standard per the AA55522.
