Gold 1904 St Louis Fair Missouri 3 Linked Chained Medallion Fob With Clip

This is a rare 1904 St Louis Worlds Fair souvenir that has 3 small disks linked together with a clip and chain on the top. I assume it is a watch chain. This appears to be gold plated and has a total length of 5". The largest disk is 1 and 1/4" in diameter and has the image of the U.S. Government Building. The middle disk is 1" in diameter and has the image of the Missouri State Seal. The smallest is 3/4" in diameter and has the image of Thomas Jefferson and the words "St. Louis, 1904". The backs are blank and I don't see any maker's name. This is used but will only show very slight wear.
