The guitar and amp catalog REPRINTS I'm selling are very nice quality COPIES of the originals I own that I've collected over many years. In many cases, they are the ONLY example I've ever seen of that particular catalog or brochure. The originals of those reprints I have listed are in nice shape and the copy quality is excellent throughout. Everything is legible, readable and they look just like the originals. Occasionally, there may be an age issue, a fingerprint or a stain of some kind that I can't do anything about. Remember, the originals are 50-70 years old. But rest assured, you're getting the best copy I can make of my originals. In some cases, the copy looks better than the original. That's modern technology for you. Some of the originals are simple, individual sheets that I can print on both sides just like the original, while others were originally printed like a book with staples in the middle. I've done all I can, aside from disassembling them, to reprint them just like the originals. But sometimes all I can do is print the pages as individual sheets. You'll still get all the pages, but I can't assemble them all exactly like the originals due to the way they were originally manufactured.
As a collector, I know how tough it is to gather information on something that you have very little knowledge about. Old musical gear is no exception. I started collecting old guitars and amps quite some time ago and now have a much-too-large collection of them both. But finding information about what I was collecting when I got started was not easy. I had to poke around in the dark for a long time to figure things out on certain brands and companies. Other than basic info about where and when they were made etc. (yes, there's a website for just about everything nowadays), I didn't know what I was looking for until I had found it. I was lucky I didn't make too many mistakes that I couldn't correct later. Along the collecting road, I was able to find many old guitar catalogs, store advertising and unusual one-off items etc., that helped in my quest. These were really hard to find then and are especially hard to find now in 2022. Original, old guitar and amp catalogs/brochures on off-brand musical instruments, which I collect, almost never come up for sale on Ebay now and they're very expensive and not in good shape when they do. I rarely find any vintage guitar dealers that even know what I'm talking about when I ask about them. For this reason, I have decided to share what I've found with others looking for info on unusual and collectible guitars in general. I have made color copies of what I have, except for the B&W items of course, to share the info that I have found with those starting out collecting or just someone interested in old guitars and amps. Sometimes a really good reprint is better than nothing at all. If you collect or deal in vintage guitars, then these REPRINT/COPIES are for you, since finding rare originals of these at this point is really tough.
