    Description

Late 80's Vintage Fender Telecaster USA & Japan Sunburst Session Guitar.
I purchased this guitar from the second owner of it. The second owner has owned this guitar since 1990. He purchased it from Corner Music in Nashville, Tennessee and sold him the guitar in 1990. They told him this guitar belonged to the session guitar player in Nashville, Tennessee at the time and he wanted to change the neck out to the Japanese '70 style neck. He also wanted EMG pickups and the guitar for quieter session playing. The person I bought this from is a very sincere person and I have purchased more guitars from him. This is his story. I do not have any documentation regarding previous ownership or where it was purchased, I am just passing on the story as to the history of the guitar as I was told. As I see it. It it's an American USA fender telecaster body and hardware with a Japanese telecaster neck from the '70s reissue. Again the neck allegedly is dated 1988 but I have not verified that The guitar also comes with vintage Gotoh tuners.
The gentleman I purchased from has again owned this guitar since 1990 and it has a few bumps and bruises, mostly cosmetic. There are a few chips in the guitar paint. See the photos. The guitar is set up and plays great and sounds great! The guitar will come with a generic hard shell case. The guitar is also priced to sell quickly. As for I am funding another purchase for a much more expensive guitar.
This auction is sold as is. 100%. All sales are 100% final. No exchanges, no refunds. No returns. No partial refunds. All sales final. As is!
This is a very nice guitar and I would love to keep it, especially knowing the history I was told makes it extra special. The structure and setup of the guitar with the quiet pickups makes perfect sense. This gentleman has no reason to not represent this accurately as he is facing some health challenges and was very sincere.
    Thank you
