This Autograph was obtained by me IN PERSON on 2/3/1994 in Baltimore,MD when NILS LOFGREN was in town for a Concert at 8x10 Club. NILS LOFGREN even wrote a "Believe!" with his Signature! The Original Picture is much more Clear than this slightly blurry Scan. A written Certificate of Authenticity is always provided. I have been collecting autographs in person for 15 years.
