Oregon State Fair Souvenir Sea Shell Match Holder

Description

We found this while going through my parents things. It comes from a smoke free home and measures about 2-1/4" high and about 3-1/8" long.
It says "Matches Oregon State Fair" on the front.
There is some rust on the inside from the nut & bolt used to make the holder (see last picture).
