Shipping -
We will ship your order out within same day or 1 day after we receive your  payment during weekdays.
Order placed on weekend will be shipped out on next Monday.
Completed orders after 9.30 AM (PST) will be processed on the next business  days.
For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect CA sales  tax.
Local pickups are not available at the moment.

Returns -
A full refund will be provided for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 30 days. There is no restocking fee for defective products.
Within 30 days, you can return a non-defective, undamaged product.  Restocking fee and other fee may apply. Shipping and handling fees are  non-refundable.
This item has a 3-months limited warranty. After the first 60 days, we will only be able to offer a pro-rated refund or replacement for defective items. (Our warranty does not extend to any  products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part. )
We do not offer RMA services to International Customers (no returns accepted for buyers outside the United States)
