The bolts in this kit are a high quality Hex Socket (Allen Head, Hex Head) Allen Head Cap Screw. They have a HQ black oxide finish that will provide a professional appearance to your project. Keep in mind you will nee a Hex Key or Allen Head Wrench to install them. Currently we are building these kits with high quality USA made Holo-Krome 72068 socket cap screws. You can see them in the last photo which is provided for reference purposes. You will only get 8pc with each purchase.

8-32 x 1-1/2" Socket Cap Screw - Steel - Black Oxide - UNRC - USA - Holo-Krome 72068
Socket Head Cap screws are ideal for precision work with close tolerances and applications needing a well tooled appearance. Allen/Hex Keys are used to drive the screw. Socket Head Cap screws supply greater tensile strength than equivalent Hex Head Caps screws, while requiring less surface area to counter-bore. Thermal Black Oxide finish features a standard heat treatment finish which includes light drying oil; Chemical Black Oxide is a chemical treatment plus rust resistant with no drying oil.

High quality, professional quality 8-32 thread size, cast frame speaker mounting kit for use with most smaller woofers, midrange, tweeters both professional drivers, home audio drivers and high quality automotive drivers. Includes a set of (8) 8-32 bolts and (8) T-nuts. These bolts have an allen head design and will require the appropriate size Allen head wrench to tighten. Head is smaller diameter than most standard Phillips pan head screws and will normally fit better into your woofer frame for a professional looking installation. Please be aware that approximately the first 3/8" of the bolt does not have threads so make sure your baffle is thick enough that this is not an issue. Most will use a 3/4" or thicker baffle and will not be an issue but if you are also recessing the driver by routing your baffle keep this in mind. Overall length is about 1 1/2" just make you have enough space to accept this 5/32" (.156) diameter bolt. See the dimensions below. Any questions just ask. Happy to help.
We have used this kit many time to mount JBL pro and vintage drivers. They are very close to the OEM JBL hardware and are a great substitute.
