St Louis 1904 Textile Embroidered Fleur de Lis

Description

Epaulette shaped piece of material embroidered with a Fleur de Lis symbol and St. Louis 1904. I acquired this at an estate auction along with several other World's Fair souvenirs. I'm not sure what this is. Possibly a uniform part or some piece off a larger souvenir. The fabric is frayed along the edges and the seam on on side is open. Measures approx 3 1/4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Pleas see photos.
