    Description

    Vintage Rotary Telephone Mechanil Pencil by Mascot with Phone Dialer Ball Topper, Chain and Case.  4" Pencil still writes and says Made in USA at top.  Chain is about 18.5" long.  The ball does show some use.  Plastic case closes but there is a gap as the ball is too high even without the red insert.
